We will hold the information for as long as we are providing you with services. Your membership of this site expires after one year and you will no longer be able to access members only protected areas of the website once you have reached your one year anniversary unless your membership is renewed.

We will share it only with our authorised Data Processors, who must act at all times on our instructions as the Data Controller under the Data Protection Act 1998.
