The training sessions you gave personally were both inspirational and enlightening. They were well received by the staff who attended. You managed to make the subject come to life and many of the attendees subsequently commented that the sessions helped them to understand the RTT rules and why it is important that they are followed.

The online training you have provided is also excellent and has been a useful tool both for training and for on-going reference.
