When I log in, I can only access the assessment section, why?

  • Your organisation want to realise the benefits of purchasing the training, so we provide performance reports which will record your first attempt and then your continued performance, which will hopefully result in you passing your assessment(s) and understanding the 18 Week rules, ultimately the aim is to provide your patients with a gold standard experience.

Can I buy a single membership for myself?

  • Currently we only offer memberships to organisations such as NHS Trusts or private health providers.

My Trust/Organisation use local RTT Status Codes instead of National. Can the training be tailored to suit our needs?

  • Yes. We are able to tailor our eLearning package to reflect your Trust’s/Organisation’s local status codes.
  • We can also weave your Patient Access Policy into a bespoke training for your Organisation.
